Anti-Constipation Formula

Expected Results:	It takes three days to a week to be relieved from or to mitigate the symptoms. In most cases, a month or two months are usually needed to reach a stable level.
Ingredients:	Fan-xie-ye uit
Directions:	Put one bag of the herbal tea into an empty tea cup; adding a cup of hot water. Have the tea bag set in the hot water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drink the tea black.
